The double offset disc design significantly reduces friction between the disc and seat during operation, providing longer seat life, lower operating torque, excellent sealing performance, and extended valve durability. Integrated with a precision rack & pinion pneumatic actuator, the valve delivers fast, smooth, and reliable quarter-turn automation for efficient process control.

The Lug Type body allows independent pipeline installation and is suitable for dead-end service, making maintenance and downstream pipeline removal easier without affecting the opposite side of the system. Designed to meet ANSI Class 150 standards, this valve is ideal for handling steam, hot water, compressed air, chemicals, oils, gases, and other industrial process media.
