“aline” Make Manual Centric Disc Type “Teflon Muffler” Butterfly Valve – Wafer Type is specially designed for handling highly corrosive chemicals, acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive process media where conventional rubber-seated butterfly valves are not suitable. Featuring a centric disc design with a PTFE (Teflon) lined seat (Muffler Type), this valve provides outstanding chemical resistance, bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and long service life.
The wafer-type body allows compact installation between standard flanges, reducing pipeline weight while ensuring secure mounting. Operated by a manual lever handle with locking mechanism, the valve offers quick 90° quarter-turn operation with smooth and reliable performance.
