“aline” Make Bevel Gear Box is a heavy-duty manual gearbox designed to provide smooth, efficient, and high-torque operation for Gate Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Sluice Valves, Globe Valves, Penstock Valves, Dampers, and other multi-turn or quarter-turn valves. Utilizing a precision-engineered bevel gear mechanism, it changes the direction of rotation by 90°, allowing convenient valve operation where direct handwheel access is limited.
Manufactured from high-strength Ductile Iron (SG Iron) or Cast Iron, with precision-machined alloy steel bevel gears, the ALINE Bevel Gear Box offers exceptional strength, reliable torque transmission, and long service life. The rugged construction, corrosion-resistant coating, and weatherproof design make it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Designed in accordance with ISO 5211 and industry-standard mounting dimensions, the gearbox is easy to install and provides accurate valve positioning with minimal operating effort.
