“aline” Make Electrical Actuator Operated FEP Lined & PFA Lined Butterfly Valve – Wafer Type is specifically engineered for highly corrosive, aggressive, and hazardous chemical applications where maximum corrosion resistance and reliable shut-off are essential. The valve is internally lined with FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) or PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane), providing exceptional protection against strong acids, alkalis, solvents, oxidizing agents, and ultra-pure chemicals.
This valve is fitted with a high-performance quarter-turn electric actuator that delivers smooth, accurate, and maintenance-free operation. Available in both ON/OFF and Modulating (4–20 mA) configurations, it integrates easily with PLC, DCS, and SCADA automation systems for precise process control.
Its compact wafer type design allows quick installation between standard flanges while minimizing pipeline weight and installation space.
