MANUAL OVERRIDE
“aline” Make Manual Override for Pneumatic Actuator is designed to provide reliable manual operation of pneumatic actuated valves during air supply failure, maintenance, emergency shutdowns, or system commissioning. It allows operators to safely open or close the valve manually without removing the actuator from the valve assembly, ensuring uninterrupted plant operation and enhanced process safety.
Built with a heavy-duty gearbox and robust handwheel mechanism, the Manual Override delivers smooth torque transmission with minimal operating effort. It is suitable for Rack & Pinion and Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuators and can be easily installed between the actuator and valve using ISO 5211 mounting standards.
