“aline” Make Manual “Polypropylene (PP) Body” Butterfly Valve – Wafer Type is specially designed for handling corrosive chemicals, acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and aggressive process media where conventional metal valves are unsuitable. Manufactured with a high-strength Polypropylene (PP) body, this butterfly valve offers outstanding chemical resistance, lightweight construction, excellent corrosion protection, and long service life.

The wafer-type design enables easy installation between standard flanges while reducing piping weight and installation space. Operated through a manual lever or gear-operated mechanism (depending on valve size), the valve provides smooth 90° quarter-turn operation for reliable flow isolation and regulation.

The valve is manufactured using premium-quality Polypropylene (PP) body, PP/PVDF/SS disc options, and EPDM, Viton, or PTFE sealing materials, making it suitable for demanding chemical processing environments. Its corrosion-resistant construction ensures dependable performance with minimal maintenance and excellent durability.
