Manufactured using hard anodized extruded aluminium, precision-machined alloy steel components, and premium sealing materials, it delivers smooth operation, high efficiency, and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
Engineered with a precision Rack & Pinion mechanism, the actuator ensures accurate torque transmission, fast response, and consistent valve operation. It is available in Double Acting and Spring Return (Fail Safe) configurations to suit a wide range of industrial automation requirements.
Designed according to ISO 5211, NAMUR, and VDI/VDE 3845 standards, the ALINE Pneumatic Actuator allows easy installation of accessories such as Solenoid Valves, Limit Switch Boxes, Positioners, Air Filter Regulators (FRL), and Manual Override Systems.
