“aline” Make Worm Gear Box is a heavy-duty manual gearbox designed to provide smooth, reliable, and high-torque manual operation for Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Plug Valves, Dampers, and other quarter-turn valves. Utilizing a precision-engineered worm and gear mechanism, it reduces operating effort while delivering accurate valve positioning and exceptional durability in demanding industrial environments.
Manufactured from high-strength Ductile Iron (SG Iron) or Cast Iron with a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated finish, the ALINE Worm Gear Box is built to withstand harsh operating conditions. The self-locking worm gear mechanism prevents reverse movement caused by line pressure or vibration, ensuring safe and secure valve positioning.
Designed in accordance with ISO 5211 mounting standards, the gearbox can be easily mounted on a wide variety of manual or automated valve assemblies.
